About Me

This little bitty section is not enough to tell you about me, but I'll try! Before becoming a vegan food and lifestyle blogger, I was literally sick and tired. I suffered from asthma, sinus infections and unwanted weight gain. My quality of life was declining and I knew my health was heading downhill. After being introduced to the lifestyle from a good friend and watching What The Health, I decided to give a plant-based diet at least 30 days. Its been almost 5 years since starting and I have been fully plant-based/vegan since 2019. 

This lifestyle has truly made me better in every way. Although I have so much fun sharing my vegan foodie reviews and plant-based product finds, my platform is about much more than that. It is about sharing my journey to becoming my best and most authentic self---the woman I always have fantasized about being. Join me on this  journey of transforming from the inside-out. We will laugh, cry and eat good. I promise! :-)
