Cheesy Jalapeno Just Egg Sandwich

If you are vegan and haven't tried Just Egg, you have heard about Just Egg. Many people complain about the hefty price tag (usually I find it between $5.99-$7.99/bottle), especially, since each container is about 2-3 servings. I stretch mine three servings by adding chopped veggies / vegan cheese, so when I tried this combo, it was tantalizing..In real life!

Check out this easy Just Egg tutorial featuring my new favorite vegan cheese...(insert french horns!!)...Daiya Jalapeno Havarti Style Cheese...In my opinion, Daiya gets a bad name in the vegan world..but this one has the consistency and taste of cheese..The subtle kick of the jalapeno is the best.

I used:

Earth Balance vegan butter (soy-free)

Grapeseed oil

Sourdough bread

Daiya Jalapeno Havarti Vegan Cheese


Yellow Onion

Various seasonings (Old Bay, seasoned salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black salt)
