Before switching to a plant-based diet, I suffered from asthma, got sinus infections like clock-work and struggled to maintain a healthy weight. Since switching to a plant-based diet, I lost (and kept off) 40 lbs without feeling deprived and cured my asthma! This not only renewed my quality of life, but made me want to share my experiences in hopes to help someone else. My mission is to spread joy and inspire healing from the inside out.
